Rarity might have a(n) SSP (special somepony if you’re thinking “What the $ are you talking about, you Derpy Hooves equivalent!?”), so I think it’s likely for Spike to say yes, resulting in Sweetie Belle excitedly running towards him and kissing him on the lips. Spike starts to enjoy it and kisses her back.
