Nah I don't think so. I don't see either of them as swinging that way...they're just friends. Even IF any of the mane 6 did swing that way, none of them would ever get involved with each other. It would seem like incest to them...they aren't literal blood sisters but they still see each other as sort of honorary sisters, and it would completely destroy the very unique friendship bond and elements the 6 of them have. Rainbow would definitely marry another pegasus (she likes flying way too much to not be able to share that experience) and would want kids of her own someday (she is amazing with kids). AJ would definitely stay on her farm, I could see her getting married if it was someone that was also into farming.
