Mulberry feels like it would be more proper for her to head to the female dormitory first. She probably should check the male side too though, just to be safe. The mare definitely wants to check out that garden as well.
 
The mare pushes open the large wooden door. Inside is a common room. To the mare’s left is an old fireplace, clean of any soot. There are some old sofas here too. She can see the wood and fluff poking out in places, and whatever color it once was it is now a sickly, moldy green.
 
To her right is a collapsed bookcase against the back wall, and a rotted table with several broken stools set around it. Across from her in the room is a door leading to a bedroom, behind which is a small, primitive bathroom.
