This show is basically made on a whole different CONTINENT. It’s good Hasbro didn’t cut cost on actors and we still have mostly the same voice cast.

Not really. Aside from the original voice cast and a couple returning writers from Equestria Girls, it’s an entirely different production team. Different director, different producers, different storyboard artists, new writers… The comparisons to MLP are mostly invalid because it’s apples and oranges.
 

 
For the record, I’m tired of people using “freedom of speech” as an excuse to be asshats.

Which is fine. But I’ll still call them out for how lacklustre and insulting the writing is for the general audience. Criticism is a valid medium for getting your point across and stating what works and what doesn’t. If people are offended, that’s their problem. Not mine.

It’s got most of the original team behind it. So even if it’s not FIM, this isn’t a new department. So again, my statement still stands. And I couldn’t care less if you or anyone else like it. That’s not the purpose of my criticism. It’s how terrible the show is by pandering and satisfying the most basic slapstick humour with little to no effort just to make up for the poor narrative. So I’ll still call them out regardless of how you might feel about it. Freedom os Speech and all that bs you Americans say right?

I forgot that sometimes Pony Life posts were “No Enjoyment Allowed”.
