The writers oh so did not think this through with the dog crap.
Equestrian Spike going hearteyes over Rarity while being a dog was awkward to see.
And , in that High School setting, him having a crush on Rarity would be even more viable.
Can see he might be a bit older than the CMC’s age.
Certainly be able to pose in as a freshmen or sophomore at least.
Fair enough. Hmmm…would have been interesting if he’d been a boy, about the CMC’s age, and they got a crush on him.
Not really, he could have done that when Snip and Snails snatched him but nope, Spike was defenseless.
Him being a dog restricted his ability to to stuff and potential badly. Like really badly.
And he can’t go around will-nilly due to “no pets allowed” bullshit nor interact with other characters outside of the Mane 7 due to they would freak out at a talking dog.
Eh, i was more annoyed when they turned him into a puffer fish in the movie, At least he could move more freely and fight back as a mutt.
Kind of pisses me off the writers had to screw Spike like that with the dog thing.
Oh yeah. Otherwise he’d have got all the thots. lol
