Does that mean Applebloom is "bad?" Or what about others being afraid of Zecora?


 
Equestria is not a utopia free from bullies, or good people being treated ufairly. In fact, given all the pony-eating monsters, eldritch abominations, cursed flowers/artifacts of doom, and such, It might actually be worse living there.
