Well, considering that Alicorns are much larger than your average size pony. She'll probably be just about the same size as your normal size horse. At least according to the old illustrations of mythical horses.
But if you need a rough idea then here's an image of a normal full size pony next to a normal full size horse.
Fun Fact: Mini Horses are even smaller than ponies. So small in fact that they are allow to be used as a service animals for the blind and vision impaired.
