I think you mean "Skysparkle's and Stellanova's relationship". Stellanova is Teatime's mother and Skysparkle's twin sister.
Stellanova is not entirely bad, but she is definitely vainglorious. Ironically, if later reports of her in dreams are anything to go by, then Stellanova is finally building her emotional intelligence. It's just that she is trying to win loyalty in a way that satisfies her own vanity -- much like a popular-girl stereotype. She has some genuine concern for her loyal followers, though mostly in a territorial sense.
