The closest thing they have or had was their water polo stuff, the other options are those one piece rash guard/suit things that have long sleeves, pretty much covers everything except the hands, legs and head.
Cut the sleeves off and thats essentially what he’s got there (or find one with short sleeves). Thats pretty much what Id be looking for.

Speedo has a lot of cool one-pieces… they’re all splice-back or open-back though :/

If I had a one piece like what he’s wearing, Id wear one too.
It looks like it covers his back up to the neck and the whole back to the arms and probably covers the whole chest as well, which is what Id go for. I dislike normal guy’s swimwear of trunks and not much else (or speedos).
