Ohhoh, no, the drama would boil over again if they called her anything else.
By not calling her anything it’s just a few Bubbles here and there, the occasional Ditzy, but still a majority of Derpy.
Also, I note the Derpy Hooves tag has been used over 10k times on this here site now. Nice.

The drama has died down, they can call her whatever they want. They know they’ll get more money if they license the name Derpy.
Meaning Hasbro has yet to approve any of this beyond the base concept, so I can’t see that name sticking.
Also meaning Hasbro isn’t the one producing these, else that disclaimer wouldn’t be there.
