Draw a pony standing / Draw a pony stuck in time.

I’ve decided to take part in the newbie artist training grounds this year! Seemed like something fun to do, and considering I’ve been a little tapped on ideas recently, also a way to get the juices flowing a lil bit again.
The first prompt is simple (on purpose), but I came up with a silly spin to put on it. =P (Magic mishaps are a daily danger in Equestria, so have a random pony that got struck by a misfired freezing spell. That technically makes her “stuck” in time, right?).
