Your point is valid, but I'd withhold any judgement based off of this image alone. The whole thing about the affliction system in Darkest Dungeon is the idea that being selfish, masochistic, hopeless, or what have you is not a personality trait, but a response to overwhelming stress. If this was made with respect to that, it's probably fine. And I don't mean to say this just to you.
