This pic took me more time than I was expecting to, but I’m quite happy with the results. Yet another picture to showcase a ship I love a lot but I haven’t had a chance to truly do lots with before!  
Now, why do I enjoy AppleShimmer so much, that it is my favourite or second favourite EQG Ship? I think AJ and Sunset have a great chemistry together, especially when considering Human AJ and what makes her special. While I know Equestria Girls, especially in the latest movies/specials have really heavily pushed for RariJack… I still feel the interactions these two have together, bring out some of the nicest parts of each of their characters, and one that is specially true to Human AJ over pony AJ, and that is… the SASS. Human AJ is far sassier than Pony AJ, takes less shit from anyone, and is more jokey and teasy, and every other interaction these two have is laced with sass and jabs, but that are always taken in stride and with a hidden joy. This, in my eyes, just builds up a lot of tension (Like Here, And Here, And Also Here). Anyways, I really love this ship and wish there was more of them. I also have longer ideas I’d like to do some day, but for now, short, simple pics.  
Regarding the looks… I wanted to, for AJ, mix and match several of her outfits into what I feel looks best for her. Now, she looks pretty cute in a skirt, and I bet she’d have legs to show off, but I always felt someone like AJ, especially working on the farm lots and with her big function over form mentality, would be better off wearing simple jeans or pants in general. And while the t-shirts are nice, I loved the shirt she wore at the party on Friendship Games. So… here’s what I think it’s the “perfect” outfit AJ could wear, crafted with only the things we HAVE seen her canonically wear on the show.
