Oh of course you would call them meme faces because that’s totally how memes work
your current filter.Personally I do kind of agree that the later seasons would sometimes go a little overboard on it (kind of felt like they were trying to outdo Sibsy’s wacky faces when she left the series after season 6, which not coincidentally is when some of them started getting a lot more over-the-top), but… of all things to complain about from the later seasons, why THIS of all things?
Yes it is.
It takes effort to maintain a set style (one that had been firmly established for eight years), carefully making sure it is on model while conveying the expressions desired from the director and story board.
Season 9 bullshit looks traced. Its half assed and phoned in.
Combined with continuity breaks, broken characters, shit writing - it was QUITE apparent no one gave a damn. Except probably Ingram.
