Just the invasion itself is proof. The theory that Luna was involved seems like a red herring to me to throw us off the real conspiracy.
Are you referring to the changeling invasion of Canterlot during A Canterlot Wedding or are you going by the theory mentioned earlier in the comic that Princess Luna is the culprit? Did the author added some new info to the that theory? I know he’s been active in DA comment section but I do not follow it that closely.

She sounds like a self-righteous xenophobe, who’s appealing to fear. And ignorant of who these changelings are or what they actually want. So I’m not even giving her credit for good points.
Also, she’s technically wrong about Canterlot being safe. We know she is, and she knows.
