I'm not sure why Hasbro would cry tears of nit C&D'ing it, I interpretted the joke differently, like the image was implying Hasbro should've supported the original Pony fighting game, and could've profited off it, if they worked with it's staff.
Though, personally, I'm kinda glad for the C&D, because now it can be it's own new Indie series, and Faust still contributed to it.
