Plus, how is a mask which has holes visible to the naked eye in the weave of the fabric supposed to stop something which is microsopic and therefore far smaller than the visible holes between weave perforation in fabrics? Answer, it won’t. You would need something more in line with gas masks and the filtration system they use.

You can’t know for sure that you are infected or not unless you did a diagnosis on yourself. At some people the virus can be asymptomatic.
