It's Teen-Z. And it's not a reject. Characters in this one went through many character developments. For example my favourite-Bully (that guy on my avatar)
 
He went through long development. From nasty devil who appeared just as comic relief. To loyal,main character. Though this has zero dialogues. Episodes have suprisingly amazing plot.
