I wouldn’t be upset if she didn’t become it permanently, but I find that highly unlikely at this point. They say she earned it, and she clearly didn’t reject it from the screenshots.

And we might not even see that, either. The furor’s dying down, so we might not see any major drama over it, anyway.
Eh, no, not really. Only the bottom-left reaction suggests anything really silly about pro-alicorners’ attitudes and I sort of doubt that was intentional. The other three, meanwhile, are implying that anyone who doesn’t want Twilight to be an alicorn is a whiny, entitled asshole who “can suck it”.
Where’s the hate in this image? I just see it poking fun at fandom silliness on both sides.
