No, it wouldn’t. Just have Sunset bring the pastries with her to Earth.

Also, considering that Pony Twilight met Sci-Twi at the end of “Friendship Games” and the universe DIDN’T explode, the whole “the universe explodes if a Pony meets her human counterpart” thing is bullshit.
