And with the next of the Ashen Wolves we have Balthus.
I had a suggestion to make him a minotaur, but after some deliberation with others we came to the decision that a diamond dog was a bit more fitting for him. He’s loosely based on the Cane Corso breed in appearance
The self-proclaimed “King of Grappling” Balthus is an underground stowaway once from the Alliance. He has come to Abyss to hide from hired bounty hunters who seek him out due to vast unpaid debts. He has little to his name, and what money he does get is usually spent on drinking and gambling. Despite his intimidating appearance, Balthus is extremely good-natured and has taken to calling those around him “pal.” He cares very deeply for his mother, who lives deep in a hidden mountainous village. While he is part pony from his father’s side, one would be unable to guess based on his appearance. Even without a cutie mark, it’s clear his fists pack quite the punch when he gets serious.

Aw, well there’s plenty more unconventional characters to get through. We’ll get there in time.
Flayn will come at some point as well, just one more Ashen Wolf to get to and we’ll be adding on the Church as well!
Oh well, you’re still doing a great job. Looking forward to the next lions, eagles and deers.
