I haven’t read it in years but I’m sure that’s basically what he’s like. All the nsfw stuff happens near the end, and it’s not between sombra and Twilight. As far as I recall anyway
My idea was a bit less nsfw but more in a slight grimdark dierection. I see Sombra as someone who uses tough love to get results. Kinda like: “If you can’t survive this, you weren’t worth the effort to begin with.”
It’s cool to see that idea but what if he raised her as evil anyway
