Memetic eldritch horror

I would’ve thought sexism I Equestria would’ve been towards stallions give that their rulers are both female and the mares greatest outnumber the stallions

Also wouldn’t the females be faster and more agile due to their (somewhat) smaller and lighter frames and a more streamlined shape?
