Fleshbag Sparkle is trying and desperately failing to do an All Might impression. It’s hard to look heroic when you can’t keep your legs under you, and don’t even get me started on the horn. That was the whole joke of your Poison Joke affliction, and it was so for a reason.
 
Meanwhile, Twilight Skeleton is going to be the subject of many foals’ nightmares. Luna’s gonna be busy, because Ponyville just got a new boogeymare.

I’m hoping that’s the farthest she takes this concept, but I wouldn’t put it past her to try giving every system in her body the ability to separate and do stuff on its own.
 
All I can say is, she’d better keep very good track of them all.
