As someone who's had a lot of psychological issues, including gender and orientation, I love this. It's handled excellently, and how he helps her through her issues is honestly both realistic and wonderfully adorable.
 
I know the artist probably isn't checking comments here anymore, but I just wanted to add my thoughts.
