Dissonance was Luna’s long-time favorite niece. Shortly before Harmony was born, everything revolved around Dizzy to Luna. She was the only little pony who got away with calling her “Moona”.Although Celestia wasn’t necessarily a bad mother, Luna was and always had been better with foals by leaps and bounds. Naturally, Luna took on a lot of the responsibility when it came to raising Dissonance and Harmony both before Nova came along.
