T-rex has a much more powerful bite than the Spinosaurus, and is only marginally smaller. It’s a pit bull to the Spinosaurus’s labrador.

Hmm… you see a Jurassic Park III image on a pony related site… we must rant on how the T-Rex would have killed the Spinosaurus here, it is only logical! Anyway, I didn’t like JP3 either…

The scavenger thing was disproven long ago. They have found healed bitemarks on Edmontosaurus and Triceratops that could only have come from T. rex. Not to mention that a 40 foot predator couldn’t sustain itself only on carrion.

they ate fish, they coudn’t beat a t-rex, and could not survive THAT FREAKING BITE.

Considering it was up against a Tyrannosaur, which is a scavenger, it’s not really that ridiculous.

I enjoyed the 3rd, but I thought the 2nd was very disappointing.

And the spinosaur in the movie survived getting hit by a plane. Even Pinkie Pie would find that silly.
 
On another note, some JP fans joke about the Spinosaurus being a mutant duck.

OH yeah, doesn’t make sense now that we know more about the Spinosaurus.  
Like Hamburgertime said, they ate fish it turns out.

I liked the third movie. I think the second was my favorite, though. And I’m pretty sure Spinosauruses ate fish. Their big sail on thier back would’ve made them rather fragile.

I saw this when I was 9 and I fucking loved it, just for the dinosaurs.

The release date for the 4th movie has been given as June 13TH, 2014. That sounds very rushed.

Yes, it did introduce some cool dinos. However, the Spinosaurus isn’t even mentioned on Ingen’s list in the previous movies, which was lampshaded in the movie. And then there’s the infamous fight that has caused many flame wars among JP fans.
 
FIM has the excuse because it’s a Saturday morning cartoon. A good cartoon, but a Saturday morning cartoon nonetheless. Cliche plots can be expected. They should have kept Spielberg as the director.
 
Don’t get me wrong, JP3 is cool. It just doesn’t have the same feel as the previous movies. I hope JP4 is good.

I actually liked Jurassic Park 3. The one I hated was The Lost World.

Ahem, I have to disagree.  
It introduced so many dinos. Like Spinosaurus, Pteradactyls and even feathered Raptors(Which are cool).  
And about cliche plots, they are no reason to hate something. Friendship is Magic has had many cliche plots and have made great episodes out of them. So being cliched is nothing to hate something about.

I was actually OK with this movie.
