The dress was owned by another character. During that stream, Pembroke drew the character without her dress, and I think we joked about that character not wanting her dress anymore or just not wearing it anymore. Cold Front loves to give unwanted dresses a new home, so I commissioned him wearing her normal attire.
I forget the character exactly. It’s a canine furry OC that’s royalty and usually wears the outfit Cold Front wears. It’s either someone’s OC, or a part of Pemmy’s Da Pukas comic.
