I love how most of the people who bitch about the fic aren’t even around anymore nor have they actually read the actual fic saying stuff like too much rape when the original didn’t even have rape in it, just wow what a bunch of hypocrites.

Nope, I’m pretty sure Background Pony has it right. Deserter is upset that FO:E has its own unique, rich universe. Deserter seems to want it to just be a ponified copy of the games.

I can’t speak for deserter, but I think he means the opposite, I. E. ponies in the wasteland. Not sure if that would work, but it’s better than ankle-deep universe of FO:E.

Wat? Fallout: Equestria is in Equestria (duh) and you want it to reference characters from the games? It already has pony characters who are homages to the characters in the games. Are you upset that Fallout: Equestria isn’t a Humans-in-Equestria story?

Actually, what I think would be an interesting crossover between Fallout and ponies would be either a vault full of bronies (or the closest thing to bronies in a setting where popular culture never really moves past the 50s) or a tribe that based its culture around holotapes of pre-war children’s shows.

Too little Fallout, too much ponies for my tastes. I mean, I understand using OCs for fan fictions, but when you’re only using the name of a franchise so you use it’s enemies and items, but don’t reference even a single character it gets kinda dumb.

I have a friend of a friend who prefers fan material over to the show.
 
It’s very weird though for this person who never even saw it and thinks it’d be patronizing for kids. Its like he is has shown up to a wedding where he doesn’t know anyone, doesn’t talk to anyone, just eats all the food he can get his hands on.
