Because you love their style. SFW or NSFW, an artist is an artist, and you can enjoy their style.
Then why to commission a nsfw artist?
I guess it’s good that they exist. This ensures that there’s a pornography gradient between areas of greater and lesser porn, allowing for interesting dynamics to emerge which would not be the case if the pornography acceptance landscape was uniform.
