Before becoming a lifeguard, Tempest Shadow travelled around and made quite a few friends. She invited Queen Rain Shine to the beach to check it out. Being one of the better food places on the beach, she was brought to the Snack Shack and Queen Chrysalis is simply asserting her authority as the true queen of the beach.
At least Rain Shine is getting her drink.

With the few having a wish list to be in between the faceoff between queen Chrysalis and rain-shine to be squished by their large breasts when tempest shadow also known as fizzle-pop berry-twist knows she was to have her breasts motor-boated in her bay-watch inspired bikini.
