That would be awesome to see of course. But there’s also a chance she completely looses herself as a pony and goes full dragoness.

You could say the snark and almost territorial attitude towards each other is a side effect of being a dragoness, what with the ghost/spirits within them giving them this vigor/attitude adjustment.
Naw, they are just arguing with each other over the small things like table manners, despite them going through what is probably the most painful thing they’ve ever experienced. That being physical hosts to dragoness spirits.
For now, I’m pretty sure it was unplanned of them to have this happened to them. Thus is also as to why Twilight over there is attempting to research a cure.
Why change back? They’re better this way. They should be off conquering the world.

Those steaks are as big as Celestia’s head (at the moment). That would make the yak’s hip at least twice as wide as Celestia’s head. Given the scale of Celestia to Twilight here, that would be a massive yak.
