Yep. He is an orphan, so friends are the only family and affect that he could have.
Gallus puts the “Friendship is Magic” in a next step. I hope to see more about this in comics or fan-works.
Personally it always somewhat made sense to me since his predecessors, that being Twilight and Starswirl, were both the most isolated and against friendship until it become the most important thing to them, same with Gallus.
I support this… it’s very ironic that a griffon could be the new Element of Friendship.
Maybe Sunset Shimmer could appear in the Season 10 comic books…
What’s worse is how the Mirror was possibly moved to the Palace and was destroyed in that big blast. Shimmy could be trapped on the EQG side.
