One of Dr. Wolf's theories about "Grogar" was that he might be smarter than he lets on. Maybe he sensed that "his" Bewitching Bell was close by, and _*pretended_* not to know what the other villains were planning.


 
That might be my big problem with the reveal; Not only was it Discord the whole time, but he was incredibly stupid about it. I could've forgiven the whole thing if "Grogar" knew of the betrayal and *tried* to restrain the Terrible Trio just after they powered themselves up with the Bell, at leajust showifying hisome fopercethived coughntrol onver the msituatterion.
