You DO realize that Celestia was the one ultimately responsible for all of the emotional turmoil that Luna underwent to become Nightmare Moon in the first place because she felt unloved, instead of lowering herself from her queenly stance and actually acting like a sister, Celestia doubled-down and demanded for Luna to apologize after spending 1000 years on the Moon all alone, long enough that ponies even forgot that she existed; and the few that knew of her darker side had created a holiday that is meant to further demonize Luna by elevating the status of Nightmare Moon as a Child-Eating Monster, and from what we’ve seen throughkut the show proper, Luna is so far out of power from the throne that she seemingly holds LESS power to govern Equestria than Celestia, despite the fact that they are supposed to rule it together.
 

 
At least the Gods of Light and Darkness had maintained a stable sibling relationship, that the older sibling actually cared deeply about his younger; despite his inherently destructive habits, and that the younger had come to his elders aid when Salem militarized Humanity to try slaying The God of Light to gain immortality. Even after Humanity fell and was remade again, Ozpin didn’t once demonize The God of Darkness for his part in creating the Grimm; especially since Humanity itsslf owes its very existence to both Gods for granting them with the Powers to Create or Destroy, the Gift of Knowledge on how to use that power to its fullest extent, and the gift of Choice to decide on how to use that power.
 
The same cannot be said for Luna, even after 1000 years, nothing for her situation has changed for the better.
