@Hellfire
Ian will always be Cheetor to me.
Instead of or in addition to a Super Saiyan version of Sweetie Belle, can we get a Transmetal one?
T_T When will people learn to shut up about this Sonic/DBZ rip-off bullshit?
“The Super Saiyan form first premiered in August of 1991 within chapter 317 of the Dragon Ball manga entitled “Life or Death”. It also made its anime debut in 1991, first appearing in Dragon Ball Z episode 95, “Transformed at Last”.”
“Super Sonic first appeared in Sonic The Hedgehog 2 in 1992. And it’s been widely believed to be a homage to the Super Saiyan transformation from Akira Toriyama’s Dragon Ball Z series.”
Yuji Naka stated in an interview w/ nintendopower that some Sonic elements were influenced by DBZ. He also admitted back in 1992 that he was a fan of Dragon Ball Z.
That’s as much info and detail about this rumor that I can find.
And just throwing this out there, Brian Drummond and Ryan Drummond are not related. They just have similar names.
(Yes Sonic counts as a super saiyan, shutup.)
Que that ‘the more you know’ image, cause i’m too friggin lazy to link a url.
Soon.
Yes I would like to see that
Dammit, you make me want to see fanart of this naow, and I don’t even like DragonBall.
“I’m just Saiyan”
Claire Corlett (Sweetie Belle) is the daughter of Ian Corlett who was the original voice for Goku.
