This reminds me of a portion in Totally Legit Recap where DWK (Now Abosolute Unit) talks about how much pressure she really has on her.

I have to admit Twilight has suffered quite from time to time of characters not usually taking her concerns seriously or just simply taking her for granted.
There’s Lesson Zero, A Canterlot Wedding, Twilight’s Kingdom, What About Discord?, Once Upon A Zeppelin, The movie which I gotta say I still have a vendetta against it, Father Knows Beast and The Beginning Of The End (though admittedly the writters did exaggerate here Twilight’s tendency to freak out to annoying levels here).
And considering the shit Twilight often have to endure lots and lots of time (losing her dreams of studying magic, having her loved ones destroyed as well as all Equestria, constantly dealing with dangerous forces over and over, being the voice of reason for a lot of her friends’ ocasionally menial problems, dealing with hard people that would drive others nuts, or sometimes just missing fun because of responsabilities or the map picking somebody else); well, she often doesn’t gets the kudos she deserves.

In fact, there’s a dialogue from the Season 4 premiere I tend to like quite bit.

Fluttershy: I think it’s dying!
Applejack: So let’s save it already!
Rainbow Dash: Nice try. Heh- Whoa! Oof!
Rarity: Valiant efforts on both your parts, but the tree remains in jeopardy.
Applejack: And I suppose you’ve got a better idea? That’s what I thought.
Fluttershy: I know who would know what to do. But we sent her home.
