You mean, the exact time in the episode?
On my copy, it’s at 15:28 (easier to see if you start at 15:26) – Spur just caught up to the CMCs at the fair, and they’re all entering the arena together, where biscuit is signing up Bloofy for the animal showcase (?). You have to be watching a high-resolution copy to even catch this, as it’s WAY in the distance and very fast; look to the upper-middle part of the screen (at the top of the bleachers).
