Well, the picture and I mean, that they are legal adults, as in can do whatever 18-20yo adults can do.
Including have sex with anyone 18+.
In the UK, one can be, although it isn’t the usual case, considered an adult at 16+.
The age of consent in general in the US however is (I think) 15-17, depending on the state.
Although, in universe, I think the legal age is younger than in our world (besides the UK).
So then, they may appear legal during this ep in their world, but in most places here, they wouldn’t…
Unless you didn’t mean the age of consent? I couldda sworn most of the world uses 18 as the legal age.

Most of the (sane, non Third) world tends to have the age around 15-16. America just makes it seem like 18 is the norm due to Hollywood.
Legally give consent anyway. Not like every teen ever is incapable, but the laws gotta draw the line somewhere.
I was joking about how excited the crusaders would be to learn that their adult bodies can be used to pay for pizzas, plumbers and so on. If you know what I mean.
