“The Parent Map” is my favorite episode of Season 8 but not just because of Stellar Flare. I absolutely LOVE everything about The Parent Map. I love Sire’s Hollow and how it feels like a remote town located in what must be near same part of Equestria where Starlight built her own town, which I consider ‘holy ground’. I love how the Cutie Map sensed great importance of the relationships between Starlight and her father and Sunburst and his mother. I loved the lengths Stellar Flare was willing to go through for her son. I love the resolution of the episode. I love the soft background music and interactions between all the ponies in this episode. I LOVE Stellar Flare’s character design, personality, voice and beautiful eyes and of course her delicious curves and big hair mane style. But, most of all this was a real pony episode which was now sadly becoming a rare thing. For the first time in a long time I wasn’t just watching this episode on screen in my living room, I was there watching it all happen in that wonderful place called Equestria and every time I rewatch The Parent Map it only gets better and better.
