No, don’t make assume them. She don’t have the same eyes. Luster Is not related with them
I highly doubt they are.
I think she was focused on Luster Dawn first.
That being said, if you don’t want to think Luster’s related to either her or Sunburst, it could be as simple as Twilight previously telling her about her pupil, and the smile and wave was more of a “I’ve heard a lot about you. Welcome!” kind of thing.
I’d hardly be surprised if they were related though.
