Yeah, I’ve learned a fair few lessons from this, which I’m honestly grateful for. One of which is to consider cropped images for patreon teasers, another is the patreon logo on pictures, and of course the patreon link in the description.  
Every experience is an opportunity to learn, and I’m really grateful for people who have provided constructive criticism.  
So Thank you as well :D

A lot of people will get angry when you don’t give them things for free because they are spoilt selfish idiots. Don’t be deterred in using Patreon.  
But also I wouldn’t post heavily censored images here either. I know some get away with posting cropped versions, and you might be able to as well.  
You should stick your patreon link in the description of this image. Perhaps all images you make, as people will want to check that out.

I can see why it got Rule 3’d. The focus of it was entirely on the fact that you have a Pateron and that you’re going to do Patreon only images on it, with the out of focus Trixie in the background being pretty much incidental. I don’t blame you for it, but it’s definitely on the line or past it when it comes to the rules of the site. So I’d avoid stuff like that in the future if I were you.
 
So long as you keep the horses front and center you’re good. If you want some examples of images that did get allowed to stick around that advertise Patreon, then check some of these out and see how other people do it. Again, even if you don’t choose to incorporate it the image itself, even just dropping the link at the end of a description might accomplish more than you might think long term.
 
I don’t think many people would complain if you just stuck something like this to the end of your descriptions on here…

Oh, and for the record, you really should have your Patreon link on your DB go to your actual Patreon page, not the checkout. I get it, but a lot of people will get turned off by being linked straight to the checkout page as opposed to the actual page itself. To be clear, this is what you’re linking them to now when I would recommend that you link them to this

I appreciate the feedback, of course. And the only thing that actually irked me was it getting deleted under Rule: 3  
Which, to be honest, I’d argue with if the teaser had been given any positive feedback. I’ll keep posting more stuff, and I’ll be more subtle in reminding people that I have Patreon exclusives.

Sounds like you’re not just a “bit” butthurt about it, but there’s nothing wrong with self promotion. In fact, it’s much more likely that it’ll have any kind of effect if you incorporate it into an art piece.

Any chance you can link what you uploaded? Kind of curious.
 
You can have a Patreon if you want, and there are plenty of artists who get by having both open and Patreon exclusive content regardless of whether it’s NSFW, Suggestive, Questionable, or even just simple SFW stuff. Anybody tells you that you can’t is stupid, anyone who tells you that you shouldn’t is just giving their opinion and you can feel free to heed it or disregard it at your leisure.
 
It’s nothing to get upset about, in my opinion. My advice is that you ignore it and just link your Patreon in your image description and profile description. Just keep on grinding out your art and drop the link maybe a little graphic on the corner of an image or too, most people don’t complain about small watermarks as long as they aren’t obtrusive where appropriate and people will find it.
