Is there even such a thing as eating something in an evil way?

I’m sure now that I’ve asked the internet, there are some obvious answers cropping up… but c’mon. It’s hay. Practically grass. How can that be even slightly evil?

Apple Bloom: So, are y’all gonna get ‘er?
Twilight Sparkle: Probably not.
Apple Bloom: W-What?! But I thought you could do it!
Applejack: There’s no “gettin’ her” to be done. What we got here is a classic case o’ prejudice.
Twilight Sparkle: It’s entirely possible that Zecora’s done nothing other than LOOK different.
Applejack: The rest is just gossip.
Pinkie Pie: Nuh-uh! She’s done LOTS of suspicious stuff!
Twilight Sparkle: Like…?
Pinkie Pie: The digging. The hood and cloak! And I’ve been told that Zecora eats… hay.
Twilight Sparkle: …We’re playing ponies, remember? I eat hay. YOU eat hay!
Pinkie Pie: Oh. Well… it’s the evil way she EATS the hay?
