I honestly think Pinkie is adorable with flat hair/mane I wish they had more happy flat haired Pinkie

I doubt she can choose because if that was the case we would have seen  
it more often meaning there will or are going to be days where we see her having  
this hair style not to mention in MLP when her pony version of herself as a filly  
have always had a straight mane than became poofy after she saw the Sonic Rainboom  
so there for she can not make her hair straight any time she wants that’s  
only when she almost goes off the deep end. like the episode party of one  
or when they had each others cutie marks, in this one her hair is wet.
