Business owners usually… for profit rather than compassion… this is bad in long run, because it’s anti-friendship, for Hasbro, friendship WAS magic.
This seems to be a problem in the acting industry as a whole.
People only seem to get told that they have been replaced/recasted at the very last minute.
Btw a movie is a three year process production would have started this year

Companies don’t usually inform old voice actors they have been replaced on new projects. For example, Ryan Drummond (the voice actor of Sonic the Hedgehog for years), only found out he was replaced when he asked Sega when they were going to have him and the others record their lines for the new game and only then was he informed that he was replaced (they weren’t planning to tell him).
Yep, but the year’s not done yet! Maybe Hasbro/Boulder will finally get the dang building for their movie studio between next month and December. About nobody applying… Well, Hasbro/Boulder maybe needs to better advertise their job offers.

(Also, is it bad that I can kinda see a CGI MLP Movie being made in the style used in the video, cause not gonna like, the CGI kinda gave me some Sonic the Hedgehog CGI Cutscene vibes, and the CGI Cutscenes for Sonic games are usually pretty good)

Yep. The new VA isn’t bad, but it’s not fair for the current cast! I wonder who’s the new VA and if it was recorded in Vancouver or New York, since Tara, Tabitha and Ashleigh apparently will be replaced as well since they weren’t aware of the 3D shorts.
I dont mind new VAs. Its just that this voice kinda didnt fit Pinkie Pie’s personality. This voice kinda had Princess Pony head vibes.
It’s somewhat soured it for me now tbh. I mean no disrespect to the va who did it, but seeing everything Andrea’s done for the show, she deserves to be informed of things like this.
