I like your explanation because it acknowledges a shared interest in cute talking animals and also the differences that make the communities separate. To BP#8602’s point, perhaps this is what is meant by “diet”
Nope. Bronies and furries are two separate groups with some overlap. There’s a fair amount of furries in the mlp community (because we got cute talking animals, so furries are automatically interested), but most bronies aren’t furries and aren’t interested in furry content outside of mlp.
