I don't know your intentions. However there was one source image, and you uploaded two different resolutions. If it was a mistake, all good but you didn't report it a duplicate. I noticed it and did and just prompted that's you only need to upload the full res, simple as that. There's nothing against you in that at all, and the merge went though.
