The blue coloration could be lighting, so that's unsure, and the crown is meh, not all pictures of the queen includes a crown or is just forgotten but for the most part I forgot about the crown she had on her head, so I'll agree itMAYmay not be her but it does resemble her quite close still, plus i did forget she has green eyes, this character has blue :/
