Narcissus is the story about a narcistic guy, hence the flower Narcissus and the word “narcistic”.

Hyacinthus is the story about a mortal man who was loved and or lusted after by both Apollo and Zephyr, god of West wind, and was accidentally killed when the two were trying to compete over him, after which Hyacinthus was turned into a flower.

Lovely pic by the way, I like the composition and subtle differences in the saturation.
