He’s a 17 years old teenage changeling, despite that many changelings got a better form, he doesn’t accepted the idea that they would get a better life style with their new governor; Thorax, he was Swarmdra’s ex-friend, because she tried to convince him to join and live better, although this only caused their friendship to end, whereby, he abandoned his comunity and remained hidden in many parts of Equestria, he keeps a great and unconditional loyalty to queen Chrysalis, who he follows, serves and obeys. He’s distinguished from other changelings for having hornet-colored elytra, yellow eyes and a long rhyno beetle horn. Since then, and with his raised sureness, he’s up to help Chrysalis to reclaim her rightful place and return the changelings to their previous and ravenous form, despite being evil, he’s not very smart and always enjoys to brag about his “muscles”.
 
Personality: Hoppert is shown to be a vain and stubborn bully, he’s also very loyal to the ponies that doesn’t give respect to good things, he also has a big eager to feed again of love and destroy friendship, despite all of this, he’s also childish when he’s fooled, which eventually makes him feel bad or get mad when retardly notices it
